Window XP Input Method Status bar missing
Open the Registry Editor, locate the “HKEY_USERS \. DEFAULT \ Control Panel \ Input Method” branch, the right side of the window “Show Status” of the key changes to “1″ (”1″ to show the status bar, “0″ does not display the status bar), and then restart the system, input status bar came out. This method is applicable on Win 98/2000.
Open “My Computer → Control Panel → Regional and Language Options” in the “Language” tab under “Details”, click the “Settings” tab under “Language Bar Settings” button, select “Show the desktop Language Bar “and click” OK “button.
